Basic Secretarial Service

•  Annual fee based service
•  Maintain Statutory Registers
•  Complete and file Annual Return, incl payment of fee (£15)
•  Additional services eg board minutes or Companies House forms, are charged on a time basis, or as agreed

Full Secretarial Service

• As for Basic Service PLUS
• We prepare documentation for basic corporate activities such as changes in officers, registered office, and accounting reference date, basic share issues, share transfers and similar activity 
• Additional services, such as the drafting of more complex documentation, are charged on a time basis, or as agreed

 Registered Office Service

• This service is available either as part of our Corporate Secretarial or Administration Packages or separately
• We will forward to you promptly by first class mail, or overseas mail, all official correspondence (Companies House, the UK Inland Revenue etc) sent to your registered office. This service cannot be used for commercial correspondence.

  Company Secretary, Basic Company Secretarial services, and Registered Office service. As an option, you may elect for the Full Company Secretarial service
• Corporate Administration Package:
